We realize we now have generations of Americans who were not raised around firearms. This creates generation gaps between the parent and child education of firearms that has been handed down generation to generation for hundreds of years. There is an exceptionally large gap in the muzzle loading format. We offer a wide variety of firearm training to fulfill all your training needs.

We teach students eight years and up in our NRA Basic classes. If your child or grand child is beginning to take an interest in firearms please call us. Safe firearm habits learned early will last a lifetime. If your child is under eight years old call for private lessons.

Generations Firearm Training has a remarkably effective training program. As a Professor at Arizona State University for the past 25 years I have tried many teaching methodologies, observed my colleagues teach, and of course spent many years prior to that as a student in classrooms, with too many very boring instructors. After deciding to take the NRA Instructor Course and finding Generations Firearm, I prepared myself for another "This is a what a gun looks like" type lecture course that I have become familiar with. The quality of class instruction and detail to acquisition of knowledge are unsurpassed at Generations Firearm. I had previously taken a Basic Pistol class at a (supposidly) well known facility with a non certified NRA instructor and upon retaking the class with the Generations Firearm NRA certified instructors it became obvious that I had learned little at the first facility- I found this very concerning regarding the safe handling and use of firearms.
